Seeking Daily Bread: May 2014

Happy Spring y'all! It's been a busy, but fun last couple months. After getting through the horribly cold and snowy winter that seemed like it would never end-we are thankful to be able to get outside again. Here's a little summary of our spring in pictures. These pics make it look like all we do is smile and have fun all the time, which of course is not reality for anyone :) But God's grace has been apparent in many ways these last several months, hope to update more on that soon.

Mary Graham is doing really well. She is walking and able to get off the floor on her own-such a huge praise. She started school at Vestavia East a couple days a week since she turned three and is getting PT and other services that she needs. She's done great there and runs into Loftin and Lucy every now and then and they get excited to see her.

We return to Philly for surgery and some other testing the week of June 9th. We will be there a little longer than usual for the other tests. Will keep you posted and would appreciate prayers in all the planning and travel that goes into it.

Loftin is so big and will head to camp for almost two weeks this summer, he's loving soccer and playing with friends and Lucy is just sad that kindergarten is over-she could do school every day of her life if we let her :)

We are looking forward to this next month....more to come on Loftin's soccer, end of the year parties, Lucy's dance recitals and MG's bell center graduation. Summer is almost here-May is always so hard for me to say goodbye to fabulous teachers and therapists. But we are glad for summer and getting through mg's surgery so we can have some lazy, fun days.

The Bell Center had their big Gala fundraiser and Lee and I got to get dressed up and have fun! MG graduates in a few weeks (can't even go there) and our time there will end. We love this place and the therapists so much.

Strep throat invaded our house this winter and spring lots of times-everyone is all well now finally!

MG fell really hard in the toy store the first day of spring break. She is wanting to be more independent and walk on her own so much, but her balance is still not great at times and she has some hard falls. She recovered really well, she's tougher than me :)
